Physician Assistant

SIH Cardiothoracic Surgery is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our team of 4 physicians and 1 PA in Carbondale, Illinois. Role Specifics Serve as First Assist on CT cases Vein harvesting (EVH) Round on consults and post-operative patients Clinic follow up with post‑operative patient, suture/staple removal, wound care, and patient education Qualifications Completion of a physician assistant training program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC‑PA). Current PA‑C designation Current IL DEA and Controlled Substance license Current AHA ACLS certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
