They are responsible for cleaning tables for when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. Attend to customers upon arrival to restaurant. Provide restaurant menus and help customers with orders. Maintain subject expertise on menu. Take and serve orders with efficiency. Answer questions and make recommendations. Collaborate with other restaurant and kitchen staff. Issue checks and accept payments. Provide excellent customer service and strong communication. Work in a fast-paced, professional environment as part of the team as well as independently. Possess a sense of urgency and neat appearance. Serving experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain professional demeanor and communication. Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation. Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards. Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
