Community: Vitalia Senior Residences at Strongsville Position: Server (Part Time) Starting wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Shift Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Location: 21452 Royalton Rd., Strongsville, Ohio 44149. Responsibilities Be a host: greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in dining room, mingle, entertain, foster environment for connection. Peppy Prepper: prep table for service, salads for next meal, roll silverware ensuring meal service success. Titan of tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors, maintain cleanliness to keep community proud. Qualifications Minimum age 16. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at 8th-grade proficiency. Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Physical ability: stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day; lift/move up to 50 pounds; assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, including post-fall assistance. Criminal background clearance.
