Occupational Therapy Team Leader Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and coordinate occupational therapy services within a patient-centered rehabilitation environment. Provide direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patient recovery goals. Assist in daily team operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Foster a collaborative, compassionate atmosphere focused on positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and operational tasks. Deliver direct patient care, understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate and track patient progress and victories. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure/certification as required. CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program. Minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience or leadership, including two years of clinical practice. Professional certifications or therapy clinical ladder eligibility preferred.
