Partner with stakeholders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions. Support project planning, timelines, documentation, and implementation. Facilitate meetings, track action items, risks, and project progress. Create process documentation, reports, dashboards, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project. CAPM or PMP certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
