Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in the Environmental Services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a successful career in account management and business development. You'll be responsible for managing a large portfolio of existing customers, making outbound calls, strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a high-energy, phone-based role where your communication skills, follow-up, and drive will directly impact your success. What You'll Do: Customer Relationship Management Manage a large portfolio of existing customer accounts through proactive outbound calls and follow-up Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, account updates, and service requests Resolve customer concerns while partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts Recommend additional solutions that provide value and improve customer retention Support pricing discussions, contract renewals, and account retention initiatives Consistently meet activity goals through outbound calling and customer engagement Account Administration Maintain accurate customer records and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM) Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities Prepare customer communications and support account documentation Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retail sales, or business development preferred Recent college graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus What Makes Someone Successful?
