Program Manager – Regulatory Compliance Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Program Manager – Regulatory Compliance for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Lead a large-scale regulatory compliance program involving Operations and Compliance teams. Drive enterprise-wide coordination of remediation activities related to regulatory findings. Develop and manage program governance, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting. Partner with business leaders, compliance stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure timely execution of program objectives. Identify and escalation risks, issues, and blockers that could impact regulatory compliance or program delivery. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainable process improvements and control enhancements. Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into business processes and remediation activities. Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications on program progress, risks, and outcomes. Support the organization in reducing regulatory risk and improving compliance oversight. Qualifications Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs within banking or financial services. Strong program management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance environments and risk management principles. Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups across Operations, Compliance, and leadership teams. Experience managing regulatory findings, remediation efforts, or compliance transformation initiatives. Strong executive communication, governance, and issue management skills.
