What You'll Be Doing This role is all about expertise and people skills. We need a professional who can diagnose electrical problems, perform flawless repairs and installations, and, most importantly, build lasting relationships with our customers. Be the Expert Guide: Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace residential electrical systems. You'll translate complex issues into clear options, guiding customers to confident decisions. Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with our dispatch team. Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels! Be Ready When We Need You: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule Embrace the Culture: Commit to being Dependable, Positive, and Eager to Learn, Humble, Process Driven, and Dedicated—these aren't just words; they're how we operate every day Requirements You're a Great Fit If: You have 1-3 years of residential electrical experience. You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service skills. You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, various environments). You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems ( Service Titan experience is a plus !).
