Email Marketing Coordinator

Managing the full newsletter production schedule, the temporary Email Marketing Coordinator will execute 6-8 newsletter sends per day across multiple brands while maintaining audience health and contributing to KPI reporting in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own and execute 6-8 daily newsletter sends, applying editorial judgment and following documented workflows Maintain weekly audience snapshots and contribute to bi-weekly KPI reporting, highlighting newsletter performance metrics Navigate and manage platform features in Iterable, identifying and documenting any issues for escalation Required qualifications: Hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaign builds and audience management Experience managing high-volume email production across multiple properties and workflows Demonstrated ability to follow a multi-step QA checklist under time pressure Ability to analyze campaign analytics and identify performance patterns Proficiency in Claude, Google Suite, and Asana
