Develop solution architectures that integrate ML models into real-world systems. Build enterprise-ready GenAI solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, model fine-tuning workflows, and seamless integration into MLOps infrastructure. Engage in hands-on prototyping of new technology and AI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, ML operations engineers, and technology partners. Provide technical expertise at all stages of project development and implementation. Review code to ensure solutions are properly designed and implemented. Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and emerging technologies, and look for opportunities to improve the stack. Maintain a current understanding of LLMs and their use. Build strong relationships with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure solutions meet technical constraints.Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience as a AI Solutions Architect, Lead Software Engineer, or related occupation building and implementing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI, MLOps integration. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Implementing data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles to meet technical requirements of projects; utilizing big data platforms including Redshift, Snowflake, and Hadoop to process and analyze large datasets for actionable insights; utilizing cloud compute environments and cloud-native tools including AWS to optimize performance and scale resources; and, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies to develop and implement architecture projects.
