Essential Job Functions The West Palm Beach office is seeking an Associate Attorney to support an assigned group of attorneys. This position requires a professional, organized self-starter with the ability to interact with attorneys, staff and clients at all levels in a fast‑paced, challenging legal environment. A proactive work ethic, ability to anticipate needs, strong decision‑making skills, attention to detail, and flexible schedule are a must. Research case law, regulations, and statutes to support case preparation and legal advice Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, subpoenas, and briefs Gather information from clients, provide case updates, and address concerns Coordinate and file all discovery documents involving attorneys and clients Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including organizing evidence and exhibits Represent clients in court proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions Participate in business development and community functions to maintain and build client relationships FLSA Exemption Status Exempt Requirements Education, Qualifications, and Certifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school License to practice law in the state of Florida Experience Three or more years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases preferred.
