Corporate Recruiting Coordinator

Overview Location: St. Louis, MO (100% Onsite) • Compensation: $20 - $27/hour • Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, managing recruiting processes, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Create, submit, and track job requisitions through internal approval processes. Assist with onboarding activities, including initiating and monitoring background checks. Support recruiters with hiring documentation and candidate processing as needed. Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to support recruiting initiatives and hiring activities. Generate reports, track recruiting metrics, and assist with special projects. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting coordination, HR administration, staffing support, or related experience. Strong organizational and scheduling skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR processes is preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
