As the Sports and Family Director at the Y, you'll be the mastermind behind all things sports and family -related in our community! While planning exciting youth and adult programs, you'll have a direct impact on the active lifestyle of our youth. Your organizational skills and creative flair will bring these programs to life, creating memorable experiences for all participants. To flourish as a Sports and Family Director at the Y, you'll need a passion for youth development and programming. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You should also be at least 21 years old, ready to inspire and lead our amazing team! Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this dynamic position. If you're enthusiastic about sports and making a positive impact on the community, we want you on our team!

• Passion for youth development and programming
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 21 years old
• Strong organizational skills, creativity and the ability to multitask
• Leadership in the areas of staff & program development, fiscal budgeting and management, and operational procedures
