Registered NurseLocation: Eastern TX | Shifts: Day and Night options availableWe are hiring a dedicated registered nurse for our med surg observation unit in eastern TX. If you are a skilled decision-maker who brings clinical excellence and emotional intelligence to patient care, we want you on our team.What you'll do:Manage complex patient care utilizing the complete nursing process.Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ongoing patient evaluations.Educate patients and families to support successful recovery and long-term wellness.Ensure meticulous documentation of patient history and clinical progress.Collaborate with the care team and delegate tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of care.What we're looking for:Valid TX or compact RN licenseCurrent BLS certification1+ years of nursing experience (med surg or observation preferred)BSN preferred (not required)Strong critical thinking and bedside communication skills
