Job Posting Title Student Associate, UT Speech and Hearing Clinic, Moody College of Communication Hiring Department Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences Position Open To All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours 15 FLSA Status Non-Exempt from FLSA Earliest Start Date Aug 16, 2026 Position Duration Expected to Continue Until May 15, 2027 Location UT MAIN CAMPUS Job Details Purpose: To assist UT Speech and Hearing Center's front desk Responsibilities Front desk/reception - assist with client check-in/check-out. Issue parking permits, and handle payment transactions. Provide clinical information via phone, email, and in person. Schedule and confirm appointments for audiology and speech clients. General administrative support including campus errands, photocopying, filing, maintaining clinical supplies, and assisting with special projects.
