Job Overview - How you'll Contribute:

Do you love cars and have a passion for driving? Join our growing Service Department at H+H Chevy as a Service Support Specialist, working in various aspects of automotive Service Support and Customer service. In this cross-functional role, you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department with opportunities for growth. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership operations. In a State-of-the-Art facility!

• Ensure all Customers are greeted promptly and professionally.
• Ensure rental and loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.

• Verify customer documentation, vehicle condition, fuel levels, and mileage before and after rental use.

• Direct Customers to the appropriate Associate for their needs.
• Maintain the flow of drive to keep it as clear as possible.
• Assist with retrieving Customer vehicles as needed to provide an outstanding Customer experience.

• Coordinate rental vehicle availability with service advisors and technicians to support customer transportation needs.

• Assist with other service department duties and special projects as needed.

• Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm with a rotating Saturday, 8 am - 1 pm.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• A clean driving record.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
