Commercial Remodel Superintendent (Grocery/Retail Projects)

We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Remodel Superintendent to lead grocery store remodels and retail buildouts across multiple active job sites. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in craftsmanship, and knows how to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality.

If you're a natural leader with a strong finish carpentry background and the ability to manage multiple projects at oncethis is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role with real influence.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day field operations across 46 active remodel and buildout sites
Set the standard for quality, pace, safety, and jobsite organization
Build, direct, and manage field crews to deliver high-quality results
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly
Maintain project schedules and ensure consistent progress across all sites
Communicate effectively with crews, leadership, and stakeholders

Your Craft & Expertise

You'll play a key role in both leadership and hands-on execution, including:

Finish carpentry (trim, detail work, scribing, precision installs)
Cabinet installation and coordination
Commercial doors, frames, hardware, and entries
Suspended ceiling systems
Metal trim work and detailed field fabrication

What You Bring

Extensive experience in commercial finish carpentry
Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple job sites
Strong organizational skills and schedule discipline
Clear, confident communication in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and valid Wisconsin driver's license
Retail or grocery remodel experience (preferred, not required)
