As a locally owned boutique, we are growing our leadership and investing in the next generation of Store Directors. This is an in-person role with full time and part time opportunities available. It is designed for a high potential leader who is ready to step into elevated responsibility, develop strong management skills, and grow into a future Store Director role within our organization. Key Responsibilities Deliver a top tier client experience that is welcoming, knowledgeable, personalized, and memorable. Lead on the floor as a selling leader, setting the tone for service, energy, and performance. Support Store Director in driving sales performance, business strategy, and overall store execution. Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team that consistently exceeds sales goals through ongoing training, coaching, and support. Conduct regular one on ones and team huddles while assisting with day to day team management and development. Oversee visual merchandising, inventory awareness, and store presentation standards. Analyze sales trends and support strategic decisions to improve performance and maximize results. Build strong relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and loyalty. Partner closely with leadership and ownership on store needs, opportunities, and growth initiatives. Qualifications Career driven and motivated to grow into a Store Director level role. Experience in leadership or strong interest in developing management skills, including supporting daily operations and driving sales performance. Proven sales ability with a focus on building client relationships, contributing to revenue growth, and supporting team success. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable client experiences, resolving concerns professionally, and collaborating effectively with others Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow through, and manage multiple store needs. Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends is highly valued. A natural leader with a high energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic who thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment.
