Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary: Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Eight Mile, AL. Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientations, ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, and maintain accurate employee records. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates. HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and special projects as needed. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment. Support: This position is an entry-level, primarily support role for HR functions. Recruitment and Retention is a primary function for this position. The selected candidate will provide direct support to multiple facilities' recruitment, when required. Travel: Statewide travel and overnight stays are not typically required but may be necessary on an occasional basis.
