Employment Litigation Associate
A growing Philadelphia litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team. Great opportunity for an attorney looking for meaningful litigation experience, direct client contact, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients before agencies including the EEOC and PHRC
- Provide employment counseling and case evaluations
Requirements
- PA Bar + NJ or NY Bar required
- 1–5 years of Labor & Employment experience
- Strong legal writing and litigation skills
- Insurance defense experience a plus
- 3 days/week onsite; days may vary based on workload
