Maintenance Technician in Kernersville, NC Pay: $34-35/HR Direct Placement

Schedule & Pay

• Training: 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) for 6 months
• After Training: 12-hour night shift , 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
• Work with maintenance team, engineering, and equipment suppliers to resolve issues
• Maintain assigned equipment, parts, and work areas
• Identify and report spills, hazards, or environmental concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of:
  • PLCs, CNC/NC controls, and automated equipment
  • AC/DC motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
  • Electrical systems (110V–480V, single & three-phase)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr.
