Marketplace Manager

Job Description Own and scale our Amazon U.S. business end to end—from assortment readiness and content excellence to retail media and operations—delivering profitable Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth while establishing repeatable playbooks for further marketplace expansion. Scope & Responsibilities Own revenue growth and manage day-to-day operations across Amazon (and Walmart). Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion, and compliance with each marketplace's best practices. Coordinate new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotions SEA and Social Media Experience Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and develop action plans that improve conversion rates, buy box performance, and ad effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer service, and marketing) to maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and product content. Ensure marketplace compliance by monitoring platform policies, minimizing order defect rates, and proactively resolving issues. Proven track record of managing online stores generating at least $1+ million per year in revenue. Strong analytical skills using Excel and marketplace dashboards to measure and forecast results. Advanced knowledge of marketplace optimization including SEO, content enrichment, and pricing strategies. Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon & Walmart) Proficiency with marketplace management tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor or similar). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
