Registered Dental Hygienist → Doctor Lead Assistant Pawlowicz Dentistry is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist with a Local Anesthesia License who is ready to transition out of traditional hygiene and into an exciting Doctor Lead Assistant role! If you’re looking to expand your skills, work more closely with the doctor, and be part of a positive, patient-focused team—this is the perfect opportunity. Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Highly rated with excellent Google reviews from our patients Family-owned, private practice Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere General Dentistry only (no endo or oral surgery) Schedule (No Evenings or Weekends!): Tuesday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM What We Offer: 401(k) with 6% match and HSA Medical stipend Vacation accrual and holiday pay Consistent, work-life balance schedule What You’ll Be Doing: Transitioning from hygiene into a doctor-led assisting role Assisting with advanced procedures and patient care Working closely with the doctor to deliver high-quality treatment Procedures We Perform: CEREC same-day crowns Composite restorations Implant restorations Clear aligner orthodontics What We Don’t Do: No endodontic procedures No oral surgery Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Local Anesthesia License required Interest in expanding clinical skills beyond hygiene Occasionally see Clinical Hygiene patients ( Less than 10- 15 a month) Interested?
