Italian-Speaking PhD Scientist — AI Safety Prompts Specialist

Mercor

Mercor seeks PhD-level scientists fluent in English and Italian to help improve safety of advanced AI models. You will write expert prompts in Italian, evaluate model responses for scientific accuracy, and apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

Training will be provided, no prior AI/ML experience required. Ideal candidates hold a PhD in chemistry or biology with native Italian and business-level English, plus lab or computational experience.
