The Parrott Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to take over full responsibility of our Mt. Pleasant, SC showroom. Your Impact & Core Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Cultivate a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture through proactive coaching, development, and transparent communication. Drive Revenue & Profitability: Own total showroom financial performance by accelerating sales volume, maintaining strong margins, and optimizing product mix. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage showroom merchandising and stock to maximize inventory turns and minimize shrinkage. Elevate the Guest Experience: Champion world-class service by swiftly resolving customer inquiries and building long-term community relationships. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store administration, scheduling, and standard operating procedures during key retail hours (including weekends and peak retail holidays). What You Bring Experience: 2+ years of successful retail store management (furniture, home goods, or big-box retail preferred). Leadership Toolkit: Demonstrated track record of team building, performance management, and data-driven problem solving. Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of retail merchandising, inventory control, and store-level P&L. Availability: Flexibility to work standard retail schedules, including weekends and peak holidays. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
