Customer Service Representative

Dependable Cleaners is seeking friendly customer service representatives to join our team on Galen Street in Watertown. The ideal candidates will have experience in cash handling, in-person customer service, and possess excellent communication skills. Customer service representatives will welcome customers, handle transactions accurately, and ensure customers feel valued and cared for.

Compensation and benefits:

Starting pay of $17.00-$19.00+ per hour (plus 90-day review)
PTO as well as 401(k) options

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
Attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities
Cash handling experience is a plus
Flexibility in schedule, including availability on Saturdays
