This role is integral to our Client and Partner Success team. You will be part of a stable, collaborative group and will work effectively with various stakeholders, including vendors and clients, as you support integration projects. Your responsibilities will involve producing specifications and documentation, as well as supporting projects that establish and maintain integration interfaces and standard data formats. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage actionable information on integration interfaces and data formats. Provide essential administrative and logistical support for integration projects with industry platforms, ensuring alignment with company practices. Utilize company best practices for integration projects by leveraging tools and templates. Oversee the initiation, launch, and ongoing maintenance of product integrations for both internal and external clients and partners. Conduct data analysis and draft specifications using knowledge of industry platforms and standard data formats. Engage in projects of varying scope, focusing on product integration and production of files in standard data formats. Assist in the analysis and certification of product integration interfaces and exports of standard data formats. Address support issues related to platform integrations and standard data formats for clients and partners. Document and communicate process changes effectively to stakeholders. Help develop training materials and job aids to support team initiatives. Participate in additional related activities as assigned by your manager. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally at an Analyst level or similar role. Experience with SaaS and/or systems integrations is preferred, with a focus on progressive work experience. Prior experience in the mortgage industry is advantageous. A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work as part of a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in writing technical documentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Knowledge of MISMO or XML is a plus. The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $80,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and consideration of relevant qualifications and experience. Some positions may be eligible for bonuses as per company guidelines.
