Role Description:

\n

HIRSCH is looking for a talented, motivated and highly technical E-Commerce Solutions Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of a new e-commerce platform within the organization. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the platform, such as performing demos for prospects, escalating bug fixes and feature changes, and identifying potential new business within the marketplace. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales, and be an individual contributor with great growth opportunity with the success of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regularly scheduled demonstrations of the platform for prospective users, and partner with Sales to overcome objections and increase adoption rates.
\n
• Catalog and escalate bugs, facilitate update changes for internal staff as well as external users, and make development recommendations based on industry research.
\n
• Manage and maintain the client database of users and prospects for future marketing and/or surveying efforts.
\n
• Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Sales to develop strategies on how to increase user engagement and adoption and then reporting on results after implementation.
\n
• Take point on the Business Development efforts for the platform by actively prospecting for new clients utilizing existing data and building relationships within the industry.
\n
• Maintain the platform’s media and/or social pages.
\n
• Travel to trade shows to educate and develop new leads for the platform

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Promotional Products industry experience preferred.
\n
• Let’s be clear up front—you won’t be building our software; you’ll be selling its impact. We are looking for a pure, driven sales professional to champion our e-commerce platform. Drawing on your proven track record in outside sales, you will aggressively hunt for new leads and partner with distributors to show them exactly how our platform can transform their business and drive their bottom line.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years in technology/SAAS sales, customer service, product management or account management roles.
\n
• Experience managing a website and/or social media presence.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n
