The Facilitator plays a crucial role in guiding groups through structured learning, decision-making, and problem-solving processes. This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where all participants feel engaged and motivated to achieve desired outcomes. The Facilitator manages group dynamics, encourages active participation, and uses industry-standard techniques to meet objectives.
