In the role of Senior Proposal Manager, we will count on you to:Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materialsDevelop and manage proposal schedules and confirm complianceEngage the appropriate marketing resources in pursuit teamsLead quality reviews of proposal and interview materialsFacilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and to measure overall competitivenessSupport pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning)Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practicesEngage the appropriate project management and technical talent in pursuit teamsArticulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantagesDevelop business relationships with teaming partnersCoach interview teams to be effective at delivering key messages during interview presentationsMaintain a strong understanding of the market trends and drivers impacting our clientsDeconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittalPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional servicesDemonstrated ability to motivate and inspire othersAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personDemonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff#LI-EH1QualificationsRequired Qualifications A minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staffWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
