Public Housing Litigation Attorney - L2
New-York-City-Department-of-Housing-Preservation-
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is seeking an Agency Attorney for the Lead Unit in the Housing Litigation Division. The selected candidate will litigate cases to enforce the NYC Housing Maintenance Code and provide legal advice on housing standards. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and possess strong legal research and writing skills, with knowledge of housing law being essential.
