Branch Manager

Branch Manager – World Finance World Finance is a recognized workplace that helps customers achieve financial wellness. We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our branch team, guide customers, and drive business growth. What You’ll Do Facilitate excellent customer service and lead team members by example. Manage team members – directing, mentoring, and delegating daily tasks. Address customer needs holistically, pairing them with the right loan and assistance with taxes. Sell new and existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs. Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of the branch team. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Foster relationships in the community that drive loan and tax business to the branch. Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposits and other duties. Management experience or a strong teamwork history; excellent people skills. Ability to negotiate, strategize, and plan. Passion for customer service and quality‑driven problem solving. Positive influence and motivation to grow in leadership. Physical demands: frequently stationary with regular movement; may lift up to 5 lbs.; occasional local travel and extended hours. Benefits Salary: $35,568 – $65,000 with bonus opportunity.
