As a Border Patrol Agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, you will safeguard America’s borders by detecting, preventing, and apprehending individuals and contraband entering illegally between ports of entry. Working within the Safety, Security & Law Enforcement department, you’ll conduct patrols on foot and by vehicle, respond to sensor and camera alerts, and perform search and rescue operations. CBP’s culture emphasizes integrity, vigilance, teamwork, and professional growth.
