Property Operation Coordinator

$60k - $80k

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience A confidential private employer is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and discreet Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of multiple private residential properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hands‑on role that combines property operations, project coordination, scheduling, logistics, and administrative support. The position works closely with the Property Manager and offers significant opportunities for learning, growth, and increased responsibility over time. Responsibilities Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance, and service appointments Assist with ongoing property projects, renovations, and operational needs Conduct occasional onsite visits to support projects and vendor coordination Handle operational errands and day‑to‑day logistics as needed Maintain organized records, schedules, and project updates using property management software Provide general administrative and operational support to the Property Manager Requirements Based in the San Francisco Bay Area Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required, as regular travel between properties is essential Strong organizational and communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain strict confidentiality Preferred (Not Required) We are willing to train the right candidate. Helpful backgrounds include: Hospitality, concierge, customer service, or operations roles Administrative or project coordination experience Property, facilities, construction, maintenance, or real estate support Any role requiring multitasking, organization, and follow-through This role is particularly well‑suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a long‑term operations or property management role.
