Workforce Solutions Consultant | Outside B2B Sales

Allegiance Staffing, a national leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a high-performing Workforce Solutions Consultant with a true hunter mentality to expand our presence in the Greensboro and surrounding market. This role is focused on new business development , building strategic partnerships, and delivering workforce solutions across Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, Hospitality, and Administrative sectors. We’re looking for a sales professional who knows how to win; someone with a track record of closing deals, generating pipeline, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition Identify, target, and close new accounts within your territory Develop strategic go-to-market plans based on industry trends and local market insights Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals Prospect Engagement & Sales Strategy Conduct in-person meetings, site walk-throughs, and presentations with decision-makers Lead negotiations and pricing discussions with confidence Deliver compelling, value-driven solutions tailored to client needs Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy to consistently exceed revenue targets Professional Development Engage in ongoing training, industry events, and continuous skill development What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (staffing, logistics, or industrial preferred) Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Willingness to be in the field; this is a true outside sales role The Allegiance Advantage: Built for Sales Success At Allegiance Staffing, we don’t just hire salespeople—we invest in them.
