Software Support Specialist

Salary: $43,800 - 46,800 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical education or related training is preferred.
• Prior experience in software support, technical support, help desk, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfort with learning and supporting business software applications.
• Ability to diagnose issues logically and explain solutions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Ability to record technical and customer information accurately.
• Capability to manage multiple customer requests and follow cases through to resolution.
• Professional, customer-centered approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting SaaS or business-management software is preferred.
• Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, inventory, point-of-sale, reporting, or business intelligence applications is preferred.
• Experience using ticketing or customer support systems is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues for business customers is preferred.
• General understanding of data, reporting, and software integrations is preferred.
