What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a large-level NICU setting with high acuity patients
• Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals
• Cover all neonatal cases, ranging from routine to complex medical conditions
• Rotate across three hospitals within a short driving distance, providing consistent, high-quality patient care
• Participate in shift rotations including 24-hour units and extended day/night shifts, ensuring continuous coverage
• Support the facility's commitment to cutting-edge neonatal health technologies and protocols
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid and current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP are not accepted)
• Minimum of 2+ years' NICU experience as an NNP
• Ability to work high-acuity, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
