Come be a part of MotherPlumber - one of the fastest-growing plumbing businesses in Indiana , and we are hiring an experienced Plumbing Estimator to support our rapidly expanding project pipeline in both Indianapolis and Bloomington.
This position would sit on the Southwest side of Indianapolis.
With nearly 35 years in business , MotherPlumber combines proven stability with an exciting growth trajectory. As we scale across commercial, medical, office, retail, multi-family and residential projects , we’re looking for an estimator who wants to play a key role in shaping the company’s future — and grow with us over the next 10–20 years .

Plumbing Estimator Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely plumbing estimates for commercial, multi-family and residential projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs , labor calculations, and material pricing
Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Collaborate with project managers, operations, and leadership during pre-construction
Participate in bid strategy, scope review, and value-engineering discussions
Maintain estimating databases, pricing tools, and historical cost information
Support handoff from estimating to operations for awarded projects
Experience estimating medical, office, retail, multi-family or residential projects is highly preferred.

Requirements:
Estimator Qualifications (Required)
Proven experience as an Plumbing Estimator
Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans and specifications
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication and teamwork skills
