Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This role involves variable shifts, including evenings and overnight, with flexible scheduling to meet patient and unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly using EPIC electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed.
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Maintain certifications and licensure, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with Nursys verification within the last two weeks.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA or ARC.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
