Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Offer education on therapy methods to ensure ongoing progress in home environments.
• Track and Document Progress: Record clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary, ensuring patients stay on track toward their recovery goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuous education or additional certifications are supported and encouraged.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
