Description

The Role
As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.
What You Will Be Doing
- Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
- Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
- Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards

Qualifications
What Makes You You • Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred • General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail • Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented • Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
