Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Tech will perform advanced computed tomography procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting diagnostic imaging needs with expertise in neuro and perfusion scans. This role requires delivering high-quality imaging services while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE CT scanners to perform all mandated procedures, including neuro and perfusion scans.
• Maintain precise documentation in Meditech and adhere to department protocols.
• Ensure patient safety by following all safety standards and assessing patient condition throughout scans.
• Collaborate with radiology staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Comply with hospital policies, dress code, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (CT) certification and VA license.
• Possess BLS certification and demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of CT tech experience.
• Exhibit advanced skills in performing complex CT procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, with a positive team-oriented attitude.
