Summer Camp Manager

Job Type: Full-Time-Seasonal (May-August) Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid (Virtual & In-person) Job Description: The Camp Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of Aspire for Higher’s sport and multi-activity camps. This leadership role ensures programs are delivered safely, professionally, and with high energy while maintaining strong communication with families and staff. Hourly rate: $20.00-25.00 per hour depending on experience Lead daily camp operations and oversee staff and volunteers Ensure safe, structured, and engaging programming for youth participants Supervise coaches and support staff, providing ongoing feedback and leadership Maintain attendance records and incident reporting Communicate with parents regarding updates and program information Ensure equipment, facilities, and logistics are organized and prepared Support program evaluation and feedback collection Uphold Aspire for Higher’s mission and standards of excellence Qualifications: 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in youth programming Background in recreation, education, or sport leadership Experience working with children in camp or coaching environments Valid First Aid / CPR Certification Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Energetic, professional, and solution-oriented We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr A4hsports
