You’ll: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living Follow individualized resident care plans Encourage independence, social interaction, and engagement Advocate for residents’ needs, preferences, and choices Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers Complete required documentation accurately and on time Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Support household needs including light cleaning, laundry, and meal‑related tasks Report changes in resident condition or safety concerns to the appropriate team member What We’re Looking For Experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and compassion matter just as much.
