Task Force Director of Sales

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Director of Sales to lead and manage our sales initiatives in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Location Ft Lauderdale, FL, 33301 Responsibilities Lead and oversee the sales task force to achieve and surpass sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Ft Lauderdale market. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Task Force Director of Sales or similar sales leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and market trends. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and business development strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hotel environments. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel sales platforms. Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or branded hotel experience preferred.
