Director of Development

Leading the fundraising team, the full-time Director of Development will drive the strategy to secure over $20M in philanthropic capital, focusing on building relationships with high-diligence funders and ensuring the organization meets its ambitious growth targets in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship-holder for high diligence funders, translating data-driven impact into compelling cases for support Set and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve revenue targets and balance renewal and new funder efforts Lead and manage the fundraising team, establishing goals and systems to ensure sustainable capital acquisition Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in nonprofit development or for-profit fundraising leadership Proven track record of managing a team and meeting revenue goals Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, including major donors and foundation staff Ability to translate complex, quantitative data into clear, rigorous cases for support Strong people-management skills, with experience coaching and growing team capacity
