Cloud Enablement Intake Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking cloud enablement intake coordinators to support enterprise wide cloud initiatives at a leading financial services organization. These individuals will serve as the connective tissue between requestors, cloud teams, and governance partners-ensuring cloud requests move efficiently through complex approval workflows. The ideal candidate is cloud aware, highly organized, and comfortable operating across multiple teams in a regulated environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing cloud enablement intake requests from business and technology teams
• Guiding requests through required approval and governance processes
• Coordinating with engineering, risk, compliance, and platform teams
• Tracking progress, blockers, and completion metrics
• Providing clear communication to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
• Supporting large enterprise cloud enablement initiatives (Big Rock 6 & 7)

Skills and requirements include:

• Experience coordinating intake, request, or approval workflows
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure (multi cloud mindset preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate cross functional and cross org processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable tracking requests from intake through completion – Experience in cloud governance, enablement, or platform teams
• Regulatory risk, audit, or compliance exposure
• Financial services background
