\nLocation: New York City, NY (Onsite/ Hybrid)
\nDuration: Contract
\n \nRole Summary
\nWe are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Disaster Recovery Consultant to support a largescale resilience transformation program. The candidate will work closely with senior resilience SMEs to assess application recovery capabilities analyze technical dependencies validate recovery requirements and support disaster recovery planning and testing activities. The role requires strong analytical skills hands-on experience with DR and resilience frameworks and the ability to coordinate across application infrastructure and business teams
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nSupport the resiliency workstream by analyzing application recovery requirements and technical dependencies
\nReview critical business services and applications to assess recovery needs and resilience requirements
\nIdentify gaps between current recovery capabilities and target Recovery Time Objectives RTOs and Recovery Point Objectives RPOs
\nDocument application recovery assumptions recovery procedures and resilience requirements
\nAssist in planning and coordinating Disaster Recovery DR testing activities
\nTrack remediation actions and findings resulting from DR exercises and resilience assessments
\nMap dependencies across applications infrastructure platforms databases middleware and business services
\nSupport governance reviews design validation activities and audit evidence preparation
\nCollaborate with application owners infrastructure teams architects and business stakeholders
\nMaintain consistent and accurate resilience documentation across the program
\nValidate technical information and recovery approaches with senior SMEs
\nProvide data driven support to ensure proposed recovery strategies are practical and achievable
