Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Med surg RN to take an assignment in Akron, Ohio.

- Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in PCU/Stepdown. - Must have 18 months recent PCU/Stepdown experience. - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. - AHA BLS & ACLS required. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. - Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required.
