Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, IL

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of CFY, considered
• At least 1 year of experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (bilingual Spanish a must)
• Comfortable conducting virtual assessments (experience with Teletherapy/VOCO platform is a plus)
• Strong understanding of culturally responsive evaluation practices

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bilingual speech and language evaluations for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address students' speech and language needs
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations in both Spanish and English
• Utilize the VOCO platform to conduct teletherapy and document evaluation results
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in team meetings as needed
